• Experience recruiting in manufacturing/industrial sectors and related fields.
• Proficiency in applicant tracking systems, resume databases, and other recruitment tools.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruitment for frontline, sales, engineering, product management, administrative, professional, and leadership roles.
• Deliver an outstanding candidate and client experience throughout the recruitment process.
• Act as a consultative partner to stakeholders, building expertise on jobs, clients, candidates, and markets.
• Conduct position intake calls with clients to inform recruitment strategies.
• Leverage sourcing, market mapping, and talent intelligence to engage passive and active candidates.
• Conduct professional phone interviews, conveying role value and candidate fit.
