REGENT Craft Inc. is seeking a Technical Recruiter to help us hire world-class talent for our Seagliders program in Rhode Island.

You’ll partner with engineering and operations leaders to source, engage, and close top-tier candidates across technical functions, from aerospace to manufacturing and software. You’ll lead full-cycle recruiting with creative sourcing, build pipelines, and use data to influence hiring decisions.

Qualifications

• Experience leading end-to-end recruiting across technical and non-technical roles.
• Ability to build proactive talent pipelines using creative sourcing and events.
• Strong communication, storytelling, and relationship-building skills.
• Comfortable in fast-growth startup environments with shifting priorities.

Responsibilities

• Partner with hiring managers to define great looks and hiring strategies.
• Own full-cycle recruiting for engineering, operations, and leadership roles.
• Build proactive talent pipelines through sourcing, referrals, events.
• Guide candidates through every stage with timely, thoughtful communication.
• Use data and market insights to influence hiring decisions.
