Job summary

REGENT is seeking a Technical Recruiter to help hire world-class talent for our Seaglider program. You’ll partner with engineering and operations leaders to source, engage, and close top candidates across technical functions, driving strategy, execution, and storytelling.

You’ll join the People team, collaborating with builders who approach People work with the same rigor as a product team. Preference is for Rhode Island residents or relocation, with remote candidates able to travel regularly to

Qualifications

• Partner with hiring managers to define what great looks like and shape hiring strategies across engineering and operations.
• Own full-cycle recruiting for a wide range of roles as REGENT grows.
• Build proactive talent pipelines through sourcing, referrals, networking, events, and relationship-building with exceptional candidates.
• Lead candidates through every stage with thoughtful guidance, timely communication, and strong candidate experience.
• Use data, market insights, and candidate feedback to influence hiring decisions and improve search strategies.

Responsibilities

• Partner with hiring managers to define hiring needs, shape strategies, and build exceptional teams across engineering, manufacturing, operations, and beyond.
• Own full-cycle recruiting for technical specialists, manufacturing talent, business and leadership roles as REGENT scales.
• Build pipelines through creative sourcing, referrals, networking, events, and proactive relationship-building with top candidates.
• Guide candidates through every stage with timely communication and an experience reflecting REGENT’s identity.
• Use data and market insights to influence hiring decisions and improve recruitment strategies.
• Continuously improve hiring processes, employer brand, and candidate experience.
