Job summary

SBM is hiring a Talent Acquisition Specialist to partner with Hiring Managers across the U.S. and lead full lifecycle recruiting for corporate and operations leaders. You will build pipelines, source actively and passively, and advise senior leadership on best practices.

You’ll collaborate with Corporate/Operations leadership, develop strategies for multiple portfolios, and travel to recruiting events as needed. A Bachelor's degree is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Management or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Must be able to travel to support recruiting events as needed.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Hiring Managers on recruiting needs and evolving team needs.
• Support the Corporate/Operations recruiting strategy of the assigned portfolios/industries.
• Provide updates on pipeline health and candidate communication.
• Mentor and coach management on recruiting strategies and interview best practices.
• Creatively source, network and advertise for roles through multiple channels for active and passive hiring.
