Job summary

Korn Ferry is seeking an Associate Recruiter to build a strong candidate pipeline for RPO and project clients through indirect and direct sourcing, channel optimization, and proactive talent pool development.

You will align sourcing activities with workforce plans, design and execute targeted sourcing strategies, and develop talent maps while maintaining high ethical standards and strong relationships with peers and hiring managers.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of full cycle recruitment or sourcing experience.
• 1+ years of experience developing and executing sourcing methodologies including market mapping, strategies and Boolean searches.
• 1+ years of Applicant Tracking System experience.
• 1+ years of client facing experience with Hiring Managers.
• 1+ years of competency/behavioral based interviews.
• High School Diploma.

Responsibilities

• Works with Business Partners to align sourcing activities to workforce plans and recruitment needs.
• Identifies channels and strategies to source candidates matching client requirements.
• Defines and implements sourcing strategies to build talent pools.
• Optimizes broad sourcing channels to improve candidate quality and quantity.
• Measures the sourcing framework against predefined outcomes.
• Supports development of employee value proposition and incorporates it into sourcing framework.
• Sources relevant media and channels and manages candidate relationships, including passive talent.
• Gathers competitive intelligence and creates talent maps to inform client sourcing.
