Job summary

Vaco Recruiter Services is seeking an experienced Sourcing Specialist to identify and engage qualified candidates for a variety of open positions. The ideal candidate is proactive, resourceful, and comfortable using multiple sourcing strategies to build strong talent pipelines.

You will source through LinkedIn, job boards, ATS databases, and other platforms, conduct outreach, and partner with recruiters and hiring managers to understand requirements, while maintaining accurate candidate

Qualifications

2+ years of recruiting or sourcing experience.
Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and ATS platforms.
Strong communication and research skills.
Highly organized with excellent attention to detail.
Ability to manage multiple searches in a fast-paced environment.
Self-motivated, persistent, and comfortable with high-volume outreach.

Responsibilities

Source candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, ATS databases, and other recruiting platforms.
Utilize Boolean search and other proactive sourcing techniques.
Review resumes and profiles to identify qualified candidates.
Conduct candidate outreach via phone, email, and LinkedIn.
Build and maintain candidate pipelines for current and future openings.
Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to understand position requirements.
Maintain accurate candidate information and activity in the ATS.
