Job summary

Vallourec North America is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead end-to-end recruitment across multiple functions. You will partner with hiring managers to understand needs and craft tailored sourcing strategies, owning posting, sourcing, and process optimization to ensure strong candidate experiences.

The role requires 3–5 years in full-cycle recruiting, solid ATS experience, and a data-driven mindset.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field; equivalent experience considered. SHRM-CP, PHR, AIRS-CIR, or LinkedIn Certified Professional Recruiter certification preferred.
• 3–5 years’ experience in full-cycle recruiting, or talent sourcing, preferably in a fast-paced or high-growth environment.
• Proven ability to develop and execute strategic sourcing plans that attract diversified talent.
• Proficiency with ATS platforms, requisition workflows, and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruitment across multiple functions and levels for assigned requisitions.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand talent needs and develop tailored sourcing strategies.
• Own job posting strategy across boards and channels; pilot new sources, monitor performance and ROI.
• Map and document the recruiting process; create SOPs and playbooks for intake, screening, interviewing, and offers; drive continuous improvement using industry best practices.
• Own ATS hygiene, requisition workflows, templates, and reporting to support compliance, visibility, and operations consistency.
