Job summary

ManpowerGroup seeks a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner for Strategic Sourcing within Virtual RPO in the United States. You will lead creative sourcing strategies, build a diverse candidate pipeline, and submit top talent to the Recruiting Team.

You’ll source passive candidates, conduct behavioral interviews, and use ATS tools to track progress, ensuring exceptional service to clients and candidates alike in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Industry: 3+ years of recruiting experience.
• Education: High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Participate in developing creative recruitment sourcing strategies for open positions.
• Proactively source passive candidates via methods including internet searches and social networks.
• Direct source candidates using cold calling and persuasive techniques.
• Develop an ongoing and diverse pipeline of prospective candidates.
• Identify and submit qualified candidates to Recruiting Team based on job descriptions.
• Screen, test, and qualify candidates using behavioral interviewing techniques and assessments.
• Communicate with the Recruiting Team throughout the sourcing process.
• Track sourcing information using ATS and input candidate data.
