Job summary

Engineering Economics, Inc. (EEI) is seeking a Talent Research Partner to identify and engage top talent, build relationships with hiring managers, and support EEI’s growing team.

The role emphasizes strategic sourcing, talent intelligence, and proactive candidate engagement in a remote-first environment. The position focuses on research-led recruitment, market insights, and personalized outreach to reflect EEI’s people‑first culture and employer brand, reporting to the Talent Acquisition

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in sourcing, recruiting, talent research, or related function.
• Strong sourcing and talent research skills including passive outreach and candidate engagement.
• Experience using ATS/HRIS, LinkedIn Recruiter, and multiple sourcing tools.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sourcing strategies for technical and non-technical roles with Hiring Managers and TA Partners.
• Identify, engage, screen, and build relationships with active and passive candidates using multiple channels.
• Develop pipelines, campaigns, market research, talent mapping, and reporting to support current and future hiring needs.
