Engineering Economics, Inc. (EEI) is seeking a Talent Research Partner to identify and engage top talent across the organization. You will develop sourcing strategies, build pipelines, and partner with Hiring Managers and Talent Acquisition to support EEI’s growth.

The Talent Research Partner plays a critical role in supporting EEI’s continued growth by identifying, engaging, and building relationships with top technical and professional talent across the organization. This role focuses primarily on talent research, sourcing strategy, and pipeline development while partnering closely with Hiring Managers and Talent Acquisition Partners to support EEI’s hiring initiatives.

The Talent Research Partner helps strengthen EEI’s recruiting capabilities through strategic sourcing, talent intelligence, market research, and personalized candidate engagement that reflects EEI’s people‑first culture and employer brand.
Salary Range: $55,000 - $65,000 / year
The above salary range is based on the Denver, Colorado labor market and subject to change based on location.
Location: Remote within 45 minutes of our Lakewood office.
