Job summary

Engineering Economics, Inc. (EEI) is seeking a Talent Research Partner to identify and engage top talent across the organization. You will develop sourcing strategies, build pipelines, and partner with Hiring Managers and Talent Acquisition to support EEI’s growth.

The ideal candidate is proactive, relationship-driven, and skilled in market research and personalized candidate outreach, with a strong focus on confidentiality and an ability to work remotely within 45 minutes of Lakewood, CO.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in sourcing, recruiting, or talent research.
• Strong sourcing and talent research skills for active and passive candidates.
• Experience with ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter, and various sourcing tools.
• Ability to build pipelines and manage competing priorities with stakeholders.
• Clear written and verbal communication and high attention to detail.
• Authorized to work in the U.S. full-time.

Responsibilities

• Talent research and sourcing to support hiring across the organization.
• Develop sourcing strategies, pipelines, and market research to meet current and future needs.
• Engage candidates and reflect EEI’s culture in interactions.
• Collaborate with TA, People Services, and hiring leaders to prioritize roles.
