• Ability to build and maintain talent pipelines and candidate networks.
• Strong market intelligence/research skills, including competitor mapping, organizational structures, compensation, and talent trends.
• Experience partnering with senior hiring managers, recruiters, and Executive Search teams.
• Strong candidate engagement, screening, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage complex sourcing assignments and multiple requisitions independently.
