IQVIA is seeking a Recruiter in Durham, NC to source, select and hire qualified candidates across business units. You will collaborate with management to meet staffing objectives, write job postings, interview applicants, and develop relationships with internal stakeholders.

You will support a diverse workforce, stay compliant with local guidelines, and leverage data and analytics to drive recruiting outcomes. This role requires at least 1 year in recruiting and a bachelor’s degree.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Minimum 1 year of staffing or recruiter experience.
• Knowledge of recruitment legislation.
• Strong communication skills.
• Proficient with MS Office and HRIS.
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize.
• Strong customer service and confidentiality.

Responsabilités

• Source, select and hire qualified candidates and build pipelines.
• Write and post job advertisements.
• Review applications and conduct interviews to assess qualifications.
• Coordinate job advertising across media and attend job fairs.
• Work with external recruiters and agencies to identify candidates.
• Provide market intelligence to management and train line managers on recruiting processes.
• Support a diverse workforce and comply with hiring guidelines.
• Utilize data analytics to drive key recruiting objectives.
