Job summary

The role partners with hiring managers to tailor strategies and deliver a strong candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

The recruiter will source, screen, interview, coordinate offers, and drive process improvements while maintaining robust candidate pipelines and ATS records.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, Communications or related field preferred.
• Experience managing full-cycle recruiting in corporate, agency, or professional settings.
• Experience recruiting across multiple functional areas and handling multiple roles.
• Strong sourcing and candidate engagement skills, including passive talent.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruiting from intake to hire.
• Partner with hiring managers to define requirements and candidate profiles.
• Develop tailored recruitment strategies and candidate outreach.
• Screen, interview, reference checks and offer coordination.
• Maintain candidate experience and provide market insights to managers.
• Build talent pipelines for recurring and future hiring needs.
• Maintain ATS records and support smooth offer process.
