Job summary

SBM Offshore is hiring a Talent Acquisition Sourcer to identify, engage, and build pipelines of qualified candidates across multiple channels. This on-site role will partner with recruiters to understand talent needs, develop sourcing strategies, and manage candidate outreach and scheduling processes.

You will create engaging outreach messages, maintain candidate records in the ATS, and help strengthen talent pipelines to support high-quality hires across SBM’s portfolios.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred. Relevant recruiting, sourcing, talent acquisition, or related experience may be substituted for formal education.
• 1+ years of recruiting or sourcing experience preferred.
• A valid driver’s license may be required for this position based on business needs.
• Strong LinkedIn Recruiter and Boolean search skills
• Excellent research and organizational skills
• Strong written and verbal communication
• Highly responsive and detail-oriented
• Ability to manage multiple searches and scheduling priorities at once

Responsibilities

• Partner with recruiters to understand open positions and target candidate profiles.
• Source candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean searches, job boards, and other recruiting platforms.
• Research companies, industries, schools, and talent pools to identify potential candidates.
• Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines.
• Conduct outbound candidate outreach through LinkedIn, email, and other channels.
• Create engaging and personalized outreach messages.
• Track candidate activity and communication in the ATS.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and recruiters.
• Manage interview calendars and ensure candidates have a smooth scheduling experience.
• Maintain accurate candidate records and follow up with candidates throughout the scheduling process.
• Develop creative sourcing strategies for difficult-to-fill roles.
• Work closely with recruiters to continuously improve sourcing strategies and candidate pipelines.
• Other duties as assigned.
