SBM's Talent Acquisition team is growing-We're seeking strong sourcers and hunters to find qualified candidates across a variety of job boards and markets.
This role will partner closely with Corporate and Operations leadership to build partnerships, preemptively address hiring needs through pipeline development and champion a business understanding of complex and multi-operational client portfolios.
This position is essential to support and own high-priority roles with various openings or evolving needs. Gaining a deep understanding of focused requisition profiles and understanding team/department needs allows this role to drive SBM's mission to provide world-class talent and serve our clients tenured and emerging talent across the organization.

The Talent Acquisition Sourcer is responsible for identifying, engaging, and building pipelines of qualified candidates to support hiring needs across the organization. This role partners closely with recruiters to understand talent requirements, develop effective sourcing strategies, and proactively identify top talent through various recruiting platforms, networks, and research methods. The Sourcer manages candidate outreach, maintains accurate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS), coordinates interview scheduling, and ensures a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process. This position plays a key role in strengthening talent pipelines and supporting the successful recruitment of high-quality candidates.

Bachelor's degree preferred. Relevant recruiting, sourcing, talent acquisition, or related experience may be substituted for formal education.
1+ years of recruiting or sourcing experience preferred
A valid driver's license may be required for this position based on business needs. Employees required to drive as part of their job duties must maintain an acceptable Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) and meet company driving eligibility requirements.
Strong LinkedIn Recruiter and Boolean search skills
Excellent research and organizational skills
Strong written and verbal communication
Highly responsive and detail-oriented
Ability to manage multiple searches and scheduling priorities at once
Creative and persistent approach to finding candidates
Comfortable working in a fast-paced recruiting environment
Strong follow-through and sense of urgency
Ability to work independently while partnering closely with recruiters
