Job summary

SBM is hiring a Talent Acquisition Sourcer to join our on-site team in Sacramento (or Detroit). You will partner with Talent Acquisition Specialists, own sourcing strategies across multiple portfolios, and drive candidate engagement through multiple channels.

This role emphasizes pipeline development, proactive outreach, and a strong focus on candidate experience. The ideal candidate has experience sourcing for multiple roles, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to manage competing

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 1+ years of recruiting or sourcing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Partner with recruiters to understand open positions and target candidate profiles.
• Source candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean searches, job boards, and other recruiting platforms.
• Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and recruiters.
• Create engaging and personalized outreach messages.
• Track candidate activity and communication in the ATS.
• Develop creative sourcing strategies for difficult-to-fill roles.
