The role focuses on both professional and hourly hires, proactively attracting passive and active talent and partnering with hiring managers to deliver timely, high-impact hiring outcomes. The recruiter will build talent pipelines for high-volume and technical roles, conduct screens, coordinate interviews, and ensure data accuracy

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred; prior corporate recruiting experience required.
• Experience recruiting in high-volume or technical environments is highly desirable.
• Strong sourcing/hunting capabilities and ability to partner with hiring managers.

Responsibilities

• Manage full life-cycle recruiting for Operations, Engineering, R&D across multiple sites.
• Partner with hiring managers to define requirements and timelines.
• Source and engage passive candidates using job boards, social networks, and databases.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for high-volume and technical roles.
• Review applications, conduct screens, coordinate interviews, and manage candidates through hiring stages.
