Entegris, Inc. is seeking a Talent Acquisition Recruiter to support Operations, Engineering, and R&D hiring across multiple sites in the United States, including Atlanta.

You will proactively identify and engage top talent, partnering with hiring managers, HR, and TA leadership to deliver timely and high-impact hires. The role requires strong sourcing capabilities and experience with Workday or similar ATS, with a focus on both exempt and hourly positions in a manufacturing environment.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree preferred; prior corporate recruiting experience required.
• Strong sourcing/hunting capabilities in high-volume or technical environments.
• Experience recruiting exempt (salaried) and non-exempt (hourly) positions.
• Knowledge of manufacturing or related industries is a plus.

Aufgaben

• Manage full life-cycle recruiting for Operations, Engineering, R&D across multiple locations.
• Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and timelines.
• Source and engage passive candidates via job boards, social networks, databases, and non-traditional channels.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for high-volume and technical roles.
• Review applications, conduct screens, coordinate interviews, and manage candidates through all stages.
• Ensure data accuracy and process discipline within recruiting tools.
