Job summary

Responsibilities include sourcing, screening, scheduling, and coaching candidates, building relationships with hiring managers, and leading local recruitment events. The role requires at least 1 year in recruiting or related fields, and familiarity with ATS systems.

Qualifications

• 1+ year in recruiting, customer service, and/or sales.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Source and attract candidates using a variety of methods (job postings, social media, networking, referrals, outreach campaigns).
• Review resumes and applications to identify candidates meeting qualifications.
• Conduct initial phone screens and interviews to assess skills and fit.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
• Provide guidance and support to candidates through the recruitment process, including interview prep and post-interview feedback.
• Engage with community partners and attend local networking events to broaden brand exposure.
• Weekly client visits and onsite check-ins for high-volume clients; host job fairs/recruitment events.
• Maintain data in the applicant tracking system and leverage AI-enabled tools in alignment with policy.
