Job summary

ManpowerGroup in Morrisville, NC is seeking a Recruiter to drive full-cycle recruitment, connect candidate skills with clients, and deliver exceptional service to candidates, associates, and clients.

Qualifications

• 1+ year in recruiting, customer service, and/or sales.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Source and attract candidates using job postings, social media, networking events, referrals, and outreach campaigns.
• Review resumes and applications to identify potential candidates.
• Conduct initial phone screens and interviews to assess candidates' skills and fit.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
• Provide guidance and support to candidates throughout the recruitment process.
• Engage with community partners and attend local events to broaden brand exposure.
• Weekly client visits and onsite check-ins for high volume clients.
• Host job fairs/recruitment events in the market.
• Maintain data in the applicant tracking system.
• Leverage AI-enabled tools to enhance effectiveness and comply with policies.
