Job summary

Learning Care Group is seeking a Brand Ambassador to build relationships with candidates and internal teams while managing high-priority openings and guiding hiring decisions. The role emphasizes campus partnerships, data-driven strategy, and inclusive hiring practices.

The position requires a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Talent Acquisition, with bi-weekly compensation and eligibility for the company bonus program.

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in Talent Acquisition.

Responsibilities

• Build great relationships with candidates, teams, colleagues and leadership.
• Manage high priority openings and triage urgent requests.
• Provide market insights to hiring managers and calibrate expectations.
• Maintain strong ATS, job boards and recruiting workflows.
• Support campus partnerships, campus recruiting and events as needed.
• Identify process improvements to increase efficiency and candidate experience.
• Drive requisitions forward with momentum and quality.
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners to support hiring outcomes.
