Job summary

Adecco Group seeks a Recruiter to source and recruit candidates for temporary and direct-hire roles across diverse clients. You will build a robust candidate pipeline, manage ATS data, and provide coaching to improve employability while delivering excellent service to both clients and candidates.

In this role you will leverage ATS, job boards, and Microsoft Office tools to support recruitment across the branch, develop local relationships, and participate in staffing projects as needed.

Qualifications

• One plus years of Recruiting experience preferably in the Staffing Industry.
• ATS Experience
• Knowledge of Job Boards such as LinkedIn, Indeed, ZipRecruiter, etc.

Responsibilities

• Sourcing: Attend to all candidates that enter into contact with the branch, ensuring correct information about PDS and training.
• Manage website and digital tools to monitor the selection process and track candidates in ATS.
• Develop local recruiting relationships and grass roots recruiting plans; coordinate events.
• Qualify candidates against standard requirements and conduct behavioral interviews.
• Assist candidates with resume and interview preparation.
• Enter and track candidate data in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
• Build and maintain relationships with candidates and clients; ensure excellent service.
• Provide coaching around job performance and market knowledge to associates.
