Adecco in California seeks a Branch Recruiter to source and recruit for temporary, temp-to-hire, and direct-hire roles. You will coach candidates on resumes and interview readiness, identify top talent, and build strong client relationships while guiding candidates through the process.

The role emphasizes professional communication, proactive searches, and collaboration with management on complex cases, ensuring excellent service and adherence to policy.

Qualifications

• Assist candidates with resumes, interview preparation, and coaching for specific roles.
• Assist with identifying, sourcing, and screening top-quality candidates for open opportunities within the client program, as needed.
• Attend to all candidates that contact the Branch, ensuring clear information about Adecco, offers, job guidance, and training programs.
• Conducts moderately complex searches leveraging Adecco and internet tools to meet needs.
• Acts as a team lead or escalation point of contact in the absence of management.
• Participates in special projects and performs other duties as assigned.
• Ensure that clients and candidates receive excellent service.
• Responds to temporary employee inquiries and escalates further as necessary.
• Build and maintain relationships with associates and clients.
