Job summary

Adecco Group is seeking a Recruiter to source and recruit candidates for temporary, temporary hire and direct hire roles across our branch network. You will build a robust candidate pipeline, deliver excellent service to clients and candidates, and contribute to new business development.

Responsibilities include candidate sourcing, managing ATS and recruiting tools, interviewing candidates, coaching on resumes, and maintaining relationships with clients to ensure retention.

Qualifications

• One plus years of Recruiting experience preferably in the Staffing Industry
• ATS Experience
• Knowledge of Job Boards such as LinkedIn, Indeed, ZipRecruiter, etc.

Responsibilities

• Source candidates for temporary, temporary hire and direct hire roles
• Manage ATS and digital tools to monitor selection processes and candidate status
• Develop local recruiting relationships and coordinate logistics for recruiting events
• Qualify candidates against standard requirements and conduct behavioral interviews
• Assist candidates with resume and interview preparation and coaching
• Enter and track candidate data in ATS and CRM systems
• Build and maintain relationships with candidates and clients to ensure retention
• Provide coaching around job performance and address inquiries as needed
