Job summary

The Adecco Group is seeking a Recruiter in Wisconsin to source and recruit candidates for temporary and direct hire roles across multiple clients. You will build a strong candidate pipeline, deliver exceptional service to clients and candidates, and support business development efforts.

You will manage candidate flow through ATS, conduct behavioral interviews, assist with resume and interview preparation, and coordinate local recruiting events while maintaining relationships with clients to meet

Qualifications

• One plus years of Recruiting experience preferably in the Staffing Industry.
• ATS Experience.
• Knowledge of Job Boards such as LinkedIn, Indeed, ZipRecruiter, etc.
• Knowledge of employment laws, rules and regulations.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Source candidates and manage branch candidate flow via ATS.
• Build and maintain a robust candidate pipeline addressing client needs.
• Develop local recruiting relationships and coordinate events.
• Qualify candidates against standard requirements and conduct behavioral interviews.
• Assist candidates with resume and interview preparation.
• Enter and track candidate data in ATS.
• Maintain relationships with clients to ensure excellent service.
• Understand and explain pricing and services; support sales efforts.
• Monitor branch financials and key metrics affecting gross margin.
