Job summary

The Adecco Group is seeking a Recruiter in Wichita, Kansas to source and place candidates for temporary, temp-to-hire, and direct-hire roles across diverse clients. You will build a local candidate pipeline, manage digital tools, and coordinate recruiting events to meet branch goals.

You will qualify candidates, conduct behavioral interviews, and coach applicants through resume and interview prep while maintaining strong relationships with clients and candidates.

Qualifications

• One plus years of Recruiting experience preferably in the Staffing Industry.
• ATS Experience
• Knowledge of Job Boards such as LinkedIn, Indeed, ZipRecruiter, etc.

Responsibilities

• Attend to all candidates entering the branch, ensuring correct information about PDS, offers, guidance and training.
• Manage PDS website and digital tools to monitor the selection process and register candidate status.
• Develop and own local recruiting resource relationships and coordinate logistics for recruiting events.
• Establish a recruitment plan based on the number of workers necessary to achieve the goal.
• Qualify candidates against pre-determined standard requirements.
• Conduct behavioral interviews to determine best placement options.
• Enter and track candidate data in ATS.
