Job summary

Ralliant seeks a Sr. Analyst & Program Manager, Global Talent in Raleigh, NC to lead the Talent leadership operating cadence, manage budgets, and ensure on-time delivery aligned with customer needs and corporate strategy.

You will partner with the Head of Talent & HR for Enterprise Functions, drive annual talent cycles, build executive-ready analyses, and support talent management systems and cross-functional initiatives. This is a growth-focused role at a newly public company.

Qualifications

• MBA or master's in human resources, industrial/organizational psychology, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in talent management/planning or organization effectiveness; related programs are a plus.
• Advanced Excel knowledge and proficiency in Power BI, data analysis, and visualization.
• Finance literacy with P&L, cost center, accrual and headcount planning language; able to challenge forecasts.
• Polished executive-ready materials; able to explain complex analysis to senior audiences.
• Excellent organization; able to run multiple workstreams and an operating cadence.

Responsibilities

• Operating cadence & budget: manage the talent leadership team cadence, monthly reviews, strategy planning, KPI visibility, and budget tracking.
• Program management: drive annual talent cycle projects, coordinating with HR leaders and cross-functional teams for timely delivery.
• Analysis & executive materials: synthesize data into executive-ready insights and recommendations for C-suite forums.
• Systems & knowledge: collaborate on talent management systems and maintain HR knowledge base and escalations.
