Job summary

Ralliant seeks a Senior Compensation Analyst to join the Total Rewards team in Raleigh, NC. The role focuses on market pricing, analysis, survey participation, and program administration for base pay and incentives.

You will partner with HR and business leaders to ensure equity, competitiveness, and data integrity across compensation programs while improving processes and insights through analytics and automation.

Qualifications

3-5 years of compensation, HR analytics, finance, or related analytical experience.
Strong understanding of compensation fundamentals including market pricing, salary structures, job evaluation methodologies, and incentive programs.
Advanced Excel skills with PivotTables, XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP, formulas and data analysis.
Experience with large datasets and translating data into actionable analysis.
Strong analytical, problem-solving and organizational skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Strong written and verbal communication with high attention to detail.

Responsibilities

Conduct market pricing, salary benchmarking, and compensation analyses using survey data and market intelligence.
Own and administer survey aggregation and market analytics platforms (MarketPay), including job matching, survey participation and reporting.
Lead compensation survey participation and market data activities, including data validation and benchmarking analyses.
Analyze data to identify internal equity, market competitiveness, and trends.
Support studies related to hiring, promotions, and annual compensation planning.
Prepare and present analytical findings and recommendations for Compensation leadership.
