The role reports to the Head of Global Talent Acquisition and partners with HR leaders to drive hiring across G&A, commercial, product, engineering, and related functions.

The ideal candidate will combine hands-on sourcing with strategic leadership, executive presence, and strong account management skills.

Qualifications

• Experience leading talent acquisition teams and managing senior-level searches.
• Proven track record in executive recruitment and stakeholder management.
• Experience with AI-enabled recruiting platforms.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a North America recruiting team of ~5 recruiters.
• Drive execution for management and professional roles across G&A, commercial, product, engineering.
• Partner with leaders to translate business priorities into recruiting plans.
• Manage high-priority, confidential senior-level searches.
