Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is required.
• Eight+ years of progressive HR experience, with leadership exposure.
• Experience leading talent management initiatives and workforce strategy.
• Experience in talent acquisition, performance management, compensation planning, and workforce strategy.
• Strong ability to influence leaders across levels.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute an enterprise-wide talent strategy aligned with objectives.
• Partner with executive leadership to identify current and future workforce needs.
• Lead workforce planning, talent forecasting, and succession planning efforts.
• Analyze Labor market trends and workforce data to guide decisions.
• Develop strategies to address shortages, retention, and evolving business needs.
• Provide strategic oversight of Talent Acquisition and onboarding strategies.
• Lead employer branding and recruitment marketing initiatives.
• Design and administer performance review processes.
• Oversee compensation programs and salary structures.
• Develop leadership development and succession planning programs.
