RPM Living is seeking a Corporate Talent Advisor to partner with corporate leaders and anticipate talent needs across the organization. This role acts as a headhunter, building strong relationships with hiring managers and top candidates to deliver the best talent.

You will design targeted search strategies, source candidates via LinkedIn, Indeed, ATS, and CRM systems, and manage confidential searches with senior leadership while ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the process.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in HR, Business Admin, Communications or related field; experience may substitute
• Minimum three years in corporate full-cycle recruiting
• Familiar with ATS/HRIS; iCIMS knowledge a plus
• Skilled in sourcing, LinkedIn Recruiter, CRM/ATS usage

Responsabilités

• Create unique and robust search strategies to identify and attract top talent
• Utilize various sourcing strategies to identify and attract high-caliber candidates
• Partner with hiring managers to understand requirements and target relevant companies
• Research and source candidates via LinkedIn, Indeed, ATS, and other resources
• Maintain accurate documentation of requisition status, candidate activity, and decisions in ATS
• Proactively monitor candidate pools and recalibrate strategy as needed
• Recruit, screen, and recommend placement of candidates
• Manage candidate pipelines for all searches within the ATS (iCIMS)
• Participate in highly confidential searches with senior leadership
• Manage expectations and provide timely feedback for a positive candidate experience
