Job summary

RPM Living is seeking a Corporate Talent Advisor in Austin, TX to partner with corporate leaders, anticipate talent needs, and deliver top talent across the organization. The role involves building strong relationships with hiring managers and managing confidential searches in a hybrid office setting.

You will source candidates via LinkedIn and ATS/CRM tools, maintain thorough documentation, and drive an inclusive recruiting process with a focus on candidate experience and timely feedback.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, Communications or related field
• 3+ years in corporate full-cycle recruiting
• Experience with ATS/HRIS; iCIMS a plus
• Proficient sourcing with LinkedIn Recruiter and CRM/ATS tools
• Strong partnering with managers and executives to fill roles
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision

Responsibilities

• Create unique and robust search strategies to identify top talent
• Utilize sourcing strategies including direct search and networking
• Partner with hiring managers to understand requirements and target companies
• Research and source candidates via LinkedIn, Indeed, ATS, and other resources
• Maintain accurate candidate activity, interview feedback, and decisions in the ATS
• Monitor candidate pool and recalibrate strategy as needed
• Recruit, screen, and place candidates
• Manage candidate pipelines within the ATS (iCIMS)
• Participate in confidential searches with senior leadership
• Provide timely feedback and ensure a positive candidate experience
