Zusammenfassung

Randstad Enterprise is seeking a Talent Advisor to act as a strategic partner to our client’s Hiring Managers, owning requisitions end-to-end and aligning sourcing strategies with market conditions. This hybrid Alphareta role emphasizes stakeholder consulting, candidate engagement, and delivering measurable results.

You will manage pipelines, evaluate branding, and present qualified slates, drawing on 3+ years in consultative recruiting and 5+ years in candidate generation.

Qualifikationen

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree preferred or 4 years of equivalent work experience.
• Experience: Minimum of 3 years in account management or consultative recruiting as a primary point of contact.
• Sourcing Expertise: Minimum of 5 years in a candidate generation role with a proven track record of hiring success.
• Environment: Experience in high-pressure, urgent recruiting environments (e.g., RPO, Search Firm, or Agency).

• Serving as the single point of contact for Hiring Managers on all assigned requisitions.
• Evaluating and reprioritizing employment branding strategies.
• Using independent judgment to determine candidate eligibility based on resumes and interviews.
• Building qualified candidate profiles and presenting slates to meet client deliverables.
• Protecting the candidate experience and fostering strong partnerships across boundaries.
