The Corporate Talent Advisor partners with corporate leaders to anticipate and meet the evolving needs of the company to deliver the best talent. Bachelors in Human Resources, Business Administration, Communications or a related field. Experience may substitute for education
Three years experience in corporate full cycle recruiting
Knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other HRIS systems; knowledge in iCIMS a plus
Skilled in conducting research and candidate sourcing using Linkedin Recruiter and CRM/Applicant Tracking Systems and their usage
Knowledge of recruiting best-practices and talent acquisition methodologies
Skilled in developing and applying a sourcing strategy approach for hard to fill roles, which results in a diverse slate
Skilled partnering with managers and executives through the recruitment process
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Skilled in in MS Office applications to support recruiting functions
Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing
