Job summary

Omnicell is seeking a strategic Talent Acquisition partner to lead full-cycle recruiting across SPS/ADS, Marketing, Legal, Finance, and EnlivenHealth. You will translate business needs into targeted hiring strategies and ensure a strong candidate experience.

You will collaborate with compensation and People Strategy to craft competitive offers, maintain requisition data, and deliver clear pipeline reporting while leveraging AI-enabled tools to increase speed and quality.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in corporate, agency, or embedded environments.
• Experience leading intake sessions with hiring managers and advising stakeholders.
• Experience sourcing passive talent via LinkedIn Recruiter and referrals.
• Experience managing multiple requisitions across functions.
• Familiarity with ATS, recruiting workflows, interviews, and offers.
• Ability to use market data to shape hiring strategy and communicate risks.
• Clear written and verbal communication with sound judgment.

Responsibilities

• Lead full-cycle recruiting across multiple business functions.
• Partner with hiring teams to define requirements, sourcing strategy, and timelines.
• Build pipelines using direct sourcing, referrals, and market research.
• Conduct structured screens and present calibrated shortlists with notes.
• Guide teams through structured interviewing and equitable decisions.
• Collaborate on offer strategies and acceptance, with data reporting.
