Job summary

Cleaver-Brooks is seeking a Strategic Talent Acquisition Partner to shift recruiting toward proactive sourcing and workforce intelligence. You will map talent markets, build pipelines, and collaborate with leadership to plan for future talent needs.

You will also manage a small portfolio of requisitions and support recruiting during peak periods, delivering high-quality candidate experiences and data-driven insights.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive Talent Acquisition experience.
• Experience in full‑cycle recruiting and proactive talent pipelines.
• Experience recruiting in manufacturing, engineering, or skilled trades is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop proactive sourcing strategies for critical, recurring, and difficult‑to‑fill roles.
• Build and maintain proactive pipelines and talent communities.
• Partner with Talent Acquisition, HR and leaders to understand demand and identify pipelines.
