Job summary

The Siegel Group is seeking an experienced Recruiter to lead full-cycle recruiting across our nationwide, multi-entity organization. This role supports a diverse portfolio of hiring needs from high-volume line positions to specialized corporate and leadership roles.

The Recruiter will partner with hiring managers, design sourcing strategies, and own the candidate pipeline from intake to offers, ensuring quality hires and timely delivery.

Qualifications

• Experience in full-cycle recruiting across multiple functions.
• Ability to build strong partnerships with hiring managers.
• Skill in developing proactive sourcing plans for hard-to-fill roles.
• Proven capability to screen and present vetted candidates with clear recommendations.
• Comfort with tracking metrics like time-to-fill and source effectiveness.
• Experience with modern recruiting technology and ATS usage.

Responsibilities

• Act as a trusted recruiting partner to hiring managers and leaders.
• Lead requisition intake meetings to define role requirements and timelines.
• Advise on market conditions, compensation, interview strategy, and timelines.
• Develop proactive sourcing plans for recurring and leadership roles.
• Identify and engage passive candidates beyond incoming applications.
• Conduct thorough phone screens and qualifications assessments.
• Maintain high candidate quality and adjust sourcing until a strong slate is presented.
• Prepare weekly recruiting reports with pipeline health and next steps.
• Ensure recruiting records and postings are compliant and up-to-date.
• Collaborate with HR, Operations, Marketing and leadership on branding and events.
