Responsibilities

• Own full-cycle recruiting for Chicago headquarters, partnering with hiring managers to attract top talent.
• Post job ads, source talent, conduct interviews, and guide through offer process.
• Proactively build active and passive candidate pipelines and manage CRM.
• Advise and support teams with recruitment best practices.
• Define and document standardized internal recruitment processes.
