Job summary

The Siegel Group is actively seeking an experienced Recruiter to lead full-cycle recruiting across our nationwide, multi-entity organization. This role partners with hiring managers to define needs, develop sourcing strategies, and deliver strong candidates for a broad range of roles from hospitality to leadership positions.

The ideal candidate will be collaborative, persistent, and able to build credible pipelines.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of progressive full-cycle recruiting or talent acquisition experience.
• Experience managing multiple requisitions, hiring managers, priorities, and deadlines.
• Strong sourcing and candidate-engagement skills, including direct outreach to passive candidates.
• Experience conducting structured candidate screens and presenting well-vetted candidates with clear, concise recommendations.
• Ability to build credibility with leaders, communicate candidly, influence decisions, and maintain strong working relationships.

Responsibilities

• Own the full recruiting lifecycle—from requisition intake through sourcing, screening, interview coordination, selection, offer support, and pre-employment processing.
• Recruit across a broad range of positions, including operations, maintenance, administration, marketing, finance, IT, and leadership roles.
• Develop role-specific sourcing strategies using Paycom, LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, job boards, direct outreach, and networking.
• Actively identify and engage passive candidates rather than relying on inbound applications.
• Conduct thorough phone screens and qualification assessments to ensure fit and alignment with compensation and travel needs.
• Maintain a high standard for candidate quality and adjust sourcing until a credible slate of candidates is ready for hiring managers.
