Job summary

The Sellenriek Family of Companies is seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner to lead full-cycle recruiting across its affiliated companies, ensuring a positive experience for candidates and hiring managers. You will source, post, interview, and manage offers, building pipelines for high-volume roles while aligning with HRBP and managers on priorities and timelines.

This role requires 3–5 years of experience, strong organizational and communication skills, and proficiency with Paycom and Microsoft

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
• Experience managing multiple requisitions and candidate pipelines.
• Strong organizational skills and meeting deadlines.
• Experience with ATS and recruiting platforms.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Knowledge of recruiting compliance and best practices.
• Ability to improve recruiting processes and timelines.
• Attention to detail and accountability.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Oversee full-cycle recruiting across multiple companies and locations.
• Partner with hiring managers and HR Business Partners to understand staffing needs and priorities.
• Develop job postings, source candidates, interview, and recommend qualified candidates.
• Build and maintain candidate pipelines for high-volume roles.
• Deliver a positive candidate experience with clear communication and timely updates.
• Provide proactive updates and candidate insights to hiring managers.
• Coordinate interviews, feedback, and offers; address delays as needed.
• Align recruiting priorities with approved staffing needs and timelines.
• Coordinate onboarding activities and ensure smooth transitions to HR.
