Job summary

The Siegel Group in Las Vegas, NV is seeking an experienced Recruiter to lead full-cycle recruiting across our nationwide, multi-entity organization. You will partner with hiring managers to understand needs from hospitality to corporate roles and deliver a strong candidate slate.

This role emphasizes strategic sourcing, proactive outreach to passive candidates, and data-driven hiring decisions. Travel to company locations and recruiting events may be required to meet business needs.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of progressive full-cycle recruiting experience.
• Experience handling high-volume and professional-level searches.
• Sourcing and candidate-engagement skills, including direct outreach to passive candidates.
• Structured candidate screens and well-vetted recommendations.
• Ability to build credibility with leaders, communicate candidly, influence decisions.

Responsibilities

• Partner with hiring managers to become a trusted recruiting advisor.
• Conduct requisition intake meetings to define role, scope, and compensation parameters.
• Develop sourcing strategies for recurring, difficult-to-fill, and leadership roles.
• Own the full recruiting lifecycle from intake to disposition.
• Recruit across a broad range of positions including hospitality, operations, finance, IT, and leadership.
