You will own end-to-end recruitment, map talent ecosystems, and partner with hiring managers to attract world-class engineers, researchers, and operators, using data, AI tools, and structured processes to move quickly and

Qualifications

• 5+ years of full-cycle technical recruiting experience.
• Proven track record closing senior technical hires with competing offers.
• Strong passive-sourcing depth and named-target searches.
• Data-driven with ATS reporting and ability to build funnels.
• Experience using AI tools in recruiting workflows with judgment.
• Excellent written communication for outreach and briefs.
• Genuine technical curiosity and ability to read research abstracts.
• Strong relationship management under pressure with candidates and managers.
• Based in SF or Boston and available for in-person work.

Responsabilités

• End-to-end search ownership across intake, strategy, sourcing, screening, closing, and onboarding.
• Proactive talent mapping to identify prospective candidates early.
• Targeted sourcing through publications, conferences, and networks.
• Leverage AI tools for research and workflow enhancement while maintaining accuracy.
• Track pipeline metrics and channel effectiveness to guide decisions.
• Partner with hiring managers on scope, calibration, and interview design.
• Engage candidates with our mission and team density to close.
• Maintain structured interviewing practices within Ashby.
• Collaborate with external agencies as needed.
• Support in-person hiring across SF and Boston with site visits.
