Qualifications

• 5–7 years of professional experience in partnerships, business development, or related high-ownership environments.
• Ability to independently own external relationships and cross-functional initiatives.
• Exceptional organizational and project management skills for multiple workstreams.

Responsibilities

• Own and deepen relationships with key partners and stakeholders.
• Evaluate partnership opportunities and translate into concrete next steps.
• Become fluent with Generalist’s models and technology to explain concepts clearly.
• Lead complex partner initiatives end-to-end with multiple workstreams.
• Communicate updates and recommendations to senior stakeholders.
• Coordinate with ML/engineering, product, and leadership to serve partner needs.
