You will leverage AI and modern sourcing platforms, build strong candidate journeys, and use data-driven insights to optimize performance across functions including Buy, Build, Sell, Corporate, or Financial Services.

Qualifikationen

• 2+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
• Comfort using modern recruiting technologies and AI tools.
• Strong business acumen to understand functions and role requirements.
• Consultative communication style with storytelling, influence, and relationship-building skills.
• Data fluency—using metrics to drive action and identify trends.
