Job summary

Lennar seeks a Sr. Manager, Recruiting Operations & Innovation to own the TA technology stack, drive roadmaps, and enable recruiters, hiring managers, and candidates to move faster with data-driven decisions.

You will lead quarterly planning, vendor management, change adoption, and end-to-end hiring experience design, partnering with HR Tech and IT to scale Lennar's Talent Acquisition function.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in HR, Business, IS, or related field.
• 7+ years in Talent Acquisition/HR Tech/Operations with 5+ years in TA technology.
• Deep Experience with Workday Recruiting, including configuration and releases.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end TA technology ecosystem with Workday Recruiting at the core.
• Provide Tier 1 support for TA tech, maintain knowledge center, and drive adoption.
• Lead TA tech implementations, change management, and ROI measurement.
