Job summary

Lennar is seeking a Sr. Manager, Recruiting Operations & Innovation in Miami. You will own the TA technology stack, govern processes, and partner across HR Tech and IT to drive a future-ready recruiting engine.

You will lead a team, drive AI-enabled automation, and deliver measurable improvements in speed, quality, and candidate experience. This role reports to the VP of Talent Acquisition and offers hybrid work in the Miami area, with an emphasis on data-driven decision making, change

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, Information Systems, or a related field.
• 7+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition, HR Technology, or HR Operations.
• 5+ years hands-on TA technology experience and deep Workday-based knowledge.
• Proven implementation and vendor-management experience.
• Strong project management, data analytics, and communication skills.
• Experience applying AI/conversational AI in recruiting workflows is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end TA technology ecosystem with Workday Recruiting at the core.
• Define multi-year TA technology roadmap with HR Technology and IT.
• Drive configuration, governance, data integrity, and compliance across systems.
• Lead TA AI and automation initiatives to reduce manual work and boost recruiter impact.
• Lead quarterly TA technology planning and roadmap reviews in Asana.
• Manage vendor relationships, evaluations, and contracts with Procurement.
