Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in organization development and/or management development.
• Instructional design with focus on designing management development solution.
• Strategic and systems thinking; complex change management.
• Experience engaging with senior leaders and stakeholders to drive outcomes.
• Consultative diagnosis and development with execution focus.
• TD program management including prioritization and progress tracking.
• Experience applying leadership, management, organization, team, and talent interventions at scale.
• Global experience and flexibility to address regional needs.

Responsibilities

• Lead, design, develop, and facilitate management and organizational development programs in the US.
• Define program scope with multiple stakeholders including business leaders and HR partners.
• Design innovative learning solutions to change behavior and improve performance at scale.
• Deliver management and professional development interventions using expert facilitation.
• Utilize psychometrics (Lumina, Hogan, LVI, 360s) to derive insights for development.
• Share best methods across the organization to improve talent management.
