Job summary

ODW Logistics is seeking a Leadership and Development Manager to shape our talent strategy, align programs with business goals, and drive leader readiness across the organization.

You will own the leadership development lifecycle, design experiences, coach leaders, and partner with senior leaders to translate data into actionable development plans. This role reports to the HR leadership team and focuses on measurable impact.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education/work experience preferred.
• Minimum of 7+ years of leadership development and talent management with proven results.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, and LMS software preferred.
• DiSC, Hogan, MBTI and 360 certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead the enterprise leadership development strategy, ensuring programs build leadership capability and succession readiness.
• Own and evolve the Leadership Development Program lifecycle, onboarding, assessments, coaching, and development planning.
• Partner with executive and HR leaders to identify capability gaps and future pipeline needs aligned to business strategy.
• Design and facilitate leadership development experiences for leaders at all levels, ensuring practical, scalable content.
• Build leadership development pathways, curricula, assessments, and coaching tools for readiness.
• Integrate competency frameworks into leadership programs, performance reviews, and career pathing.
• Collaborate with senior leaders to translate talent data into prioritized development plans.
• Define, monitor, and report KPIs and outcomes for development initiatives.
• Manage leadership development systems, LMS, and external partnerships.
• Ensure compliance and workplace training topics are delivered per requirements.
• Lead, coach, and develop direct reports and cross-functional partners.
