Job summary

Consigli Construction seeks a Manager of Organizational Development to elevate talent practices across the enterprise. You will design, implement, and optimize talent review processes, identify high-potential employees, and align leadership development with strategic priorities in collaboration with senior leaders.

Reporting to the Sr. Manager of Learning & Development, you will create governance, dashboards, and action plans, and provide executive coaching to strengthen leadership bench

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s preferred.
• 9+ years in learning and development or related field.
• Demonstrated success leading enterprise-level initiatives in large, complex organizations.
• Strong business acumen with the ability to connect business strategy to practical talent solutions.
• Exceptional stakeholder engagement and communication skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate across multiple levels of the organization, including executive levels.
• Experience with learning technologies and software (i.e. Learning Management System, Vimeo, Camtasia, Storyline, Survey software)
• Certification or training in behavioral and organizational development assessments (i.e. Hogan, Predictive Index, DISC, or other 360 assessments, etc)

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement organizational talent review processes.
• Facilitate talent review meetings with executives.
• Establish governance, metrics, and accountability for leadership outcomes.
• Lead succession planning and readiness monitoring across the organization.
• Create leadership development initiatives and top-talent programs.
• Provide executive coaching and organizational development interventions.
